Among the average brand, this is the best makeup remover so far. It's milky but not oily.It can easily wipeoff the makeup especially the liner & mascara, and the most important is no oily residue. It's so gentle with my skin.I'm so loving it!Plus it contains Vit E & Aloe Vera extract.
